Equipment supplied: All our vehicles come equipped with cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, duvet/sheets or sleeping bags/liners, pillows, blankets and towels and they are included in the daily rental price at no extra cost
Airport pickup / hotel transfers: A complimentary transfer from the airport or your hotel/motel to our depot in either Auckland or Christchurch is available at the start of your hire
One way rental: No one-way hire fees
Depot location(s): Auckland and Christchurch
Assistance: 24 hour, 7 days a week roadside breakdown service provided
Excess: A Security Deposit is required when you pickup your vehicle. This Security Deposit covers the Insurance Excess (Deductable) if applicable for accident or other damage damage and a Bond which is refundable at the end of your hire provided the vehicle is returned on time and undamaged, it has not been involved in an accident of any sort, it has been refuelled to the level noted at the start of your hire, and it is in a reasonably clean and tidy condition with all waste and toilet tanks empty.
There are 3 options available to you for your insurance cover:
  • Standard Insurance Cover: The excess/bond is NZ$3000 (NZ$5000 for drivers 21 to 25 years of age)
  • Excess Reduction - Option 1: An extra payment of NZ$20.00 per day will give you full cover for damage done to the motorhome or third party damage. In this case the excess/bond is NZ$1250 (NZ$2500 for drivers 21 to 25 years of age)
  • Excess Reduction - Option 2: An extra payment of NZ$35 per day will give you full cover for damage to the motorhome or third party property with a zero excess applicable

    Pets allowed: Animals or pets are not permitted in our motor homes at any time

    Minimum driver's age: Over 21 years of age

    Travel restrictions: Any of our vehicles can be driven on all legally formed and maintained roads in New Zealand. However, all Insurance Protection will be voided if the hirer or any approved drivers take or drive our vehicles on the raods listed below.
  • Ninety Mile Beach, Northland
  • Port Jackson to the Colville Township, Coromandel
  • Skippers Canyon Road, Queenstown
  • Ball Hutt Road, Mt Cook
  • Any ski access roads or on coastal beaches
