| Equipment supplied: | The living equipment (crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, linen, sleeping bags, pillows and towels) for all motorhomes is included in the daily rental rate at no extra cost. Extras (baby booster seat, bike rack, gas barbecue, outdoor chairs and table) can be rented for a small fee. |
| Airport pickup / hotel transfers: | Free airport to branch transfer on day of arrival and departure for our Auckland and Christchurch branches. This service is also available from airport accommodation (does not apply for city centre or suburbs out of airport area). |

| Excess: | The hirer is responsible for the first NZ$1200.00 ('the excess') of the cost of damage to third party property or to the rented vehicle, including single vehicle accident, windscreen and tyre damage, overhead and underbody damage, towing and recovery costs. The excess applies in respect of each claim, not rental. The excess is applicable regardless of who is at fault and must be paid at the time the accident report is completed, not at the completion of the rental. The excess will be refunded if we are successful in recovering the cost of the damages from the third party. This NZ$1200.00 excess can be reduced to NIL, by the purchase of LDW (loss and damage waiver) at the cost of NZ$12.00 per day. |
